1. Melakukan kunjungan debitur yang menunggak berdasarkan LKP (Lembar Kerja Penagihan) 2. Pemberian surat peringatan (SP) kepada debitur 3. Melaporkan dan mendiskusikan dengan Kepala Unit penagihan cabang mengenai hasil kunjungan 4. menerima pembayaran angsuran dan denda debitur melalui mobile collection 5. memberikan edukasi kepada debitur terkait pentingnya pembayaran angsuran
