About the position
1. Mengelola channel terkait pembiayaan Used Car maupun Multiguna Dana Tunai. 2. Mengelola pendistribusian target penjualan serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian target penjualan cabang. 3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap Credit & Collection di Cabang 4. Memastikan terlaksananya pengelolaan jaringan (sales force) 5. Memastikan terlaksananya pembinaan hubungan baik dengan jaringan showroom dan seluruh pihak terkait, pada lokasi branch area. 6. Mengelola proses monitoring dan evaluasi performance cabang. 7. Mampu mengelola agent dan mitra untuk mengembangkan bisnis multifinancing.place of work
