About the position
1. Responsible for being creative in creating new menu 2. Maintain and control food costs in accordance with company standards 3. Responsible for conducting training 4. Oversee overall kitchen operational activities 5. Organizing kitchen staff 6. Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen inventory area for food ingredients and all kitchen equipment. Requirement: 1. Agreement to adhere to company’s vision and mission 2. Max age of 40 years old 3. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience a Head Chef 4. Excellent Leadership skills 5. Strong organizational and planning skills required 6. Communicative, able to work under pressure, high motivation 7. Will be based in Kabupaten Gowaplace of work
