1. Mengarkan recording Telesales 2. Meninjau keakuratan dan kepatuhan data nasabah terhadap hasil call Telesales 3. Melakukan pemeriksaan kualitas dan/atau evaluasi berkala untuk Telesales dengan memantau panggilan telepon berdasarkan standart 4. Evaluasi kualitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja Telesales 5. Bekerja sama dengan departemen terkait di perusahaan untuk menyelesaikan keluhan nasabah yang terkait dengan Telesales 6. Memastikan kepatuhan Telesales terhadap ketentuan yang berlaku
