About the position

- Menerima pengunjung di front desk/ walk in client dengan cara menyapa, menyambut, mengarahkan, dan memeberi informasi dengan jelas dan tepat kepada client. - Menerima dan menyortir email harian. - Membantu menjawab kebingungan konsumen dan pengunjung dengan menyediakan informasi akurat. - Menerima surat, dokumen, paket, dan pengiriman kurir dan mengantarkan atau mendistribusikan barang. - Melakukan tugas administrasi seperti memasukkan data client. follow up client. - Melakukan pengarsipan dasar dan pencatatan. - Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan melalui telepon dan email.
