About the position
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di Arsitektur, Manajemen, Teknik Sipil, atau Teknik Industri. 2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di industri properti atau aset manajemen. 3. Mampu melakukan kajian feasibility study untuk memaksimalkan potensi aset perusahaan. 4. Mampu melakukan evaluasi menyeluruh untuk mendukung keputusan strategis. 5. Kemampuan membuat perkiraan anggaran proyek, termasuk analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB). 6. Menguasai metode analisis seperti Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan analisis risiko. 7. Memahami metode valuasi aset seperti market comparison atau income approach. 8. Menggunakan perangkat lunak desain atau teknik seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, atau Revit. Penempatan : Gresikplace of work
