1. Melakukan survei pasar dan mencari calon pelanggan baru yang berpotensi. 2. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada dan memberikan layanan purna jual yang memuaskan. 3. Menyampaikan presentasi produk atau layanan kepada pelanggan, memahami kebutuhan mereka, dan memberikan solusi yang tepat. 4. Menerima pesanan dari pelanggan, melakukan negosiasi harga dan ketentuan yang sesuai, serta menutup transaksi penjualan. 5. Mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
