About the position
Candidate must have at least a Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management). At least 2 years of working experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical thinking, conceptual design, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in making project documentation (Test Case, Design, FSD, BRD, TSD, SRS). Experience in creating diagrams (BPMN, UML, DFD, ERD, etc). Proficiency in SQL Syntax and Queries. Basic knowledge of IT technologies such as ERP systems, CRM, or cloud platforms (SAP, Salesforce, AWS, etc.). Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project. Having experience in IT consulting firms or on digital transformation projects is an advantage. Having experience in automation testing is an advantage.Place of work
