- Membuat dan memenuhi Man Power Planning - Sourcing, screening & selection candidate - Membuat laporan penilaian performance karyawan - Melakukan Perencanaan Training Need Analysis yang dibutuhkan karyawan - Membuat dan memonitoring sistem kebijakan yang diterapkan. - Melakukan cek dan menyetujui penggajian mingguan maupun bulanan. - Menyusun weekly dan monthly business report. - Memonitoring hasil pekerjaan HR Staff. - Menyusun strategi komprehensif untuk membantu management dalam mengelola SDM.
