Affiliate Specialist

About the position

Overview: As a Creator Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate programs for 70mai and Wanbo across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok. This role requires proactive communication with affiliate creators, strong negotiation skills, and continuous monitoring of their performance in promoting products through livestreaming and affiliate content. Qualifications & Responsibilities: - Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (any major) - Experience at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role. - Sales & Persuasion: Capable of motivating Affiliate Creators to drive product sales through effective strategies. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled in monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Communication & Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish effective communication and foster a community of Affiliate Creators. - E-Commerce & Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing systems on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok. - Proactive & Target-Oriented: Results-driven, with the ability to work proactively, take swift action, and achieve targets effectively
