About the position
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, event organizers, and other stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for yearbook and event management services. - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution. - Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to enhance our offerings. - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client retention. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 0-1 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the creative, - education, or event industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Place of work
