Kualifikasi: - Pendidikan Minimal D3 - Pengalaman kerja di bidang customer service atau call center - Fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar - Mampu berbicara dengan baik dan memahami pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat. - Kemampuan komunikasi yang jelas, sopan, dan ramah baik lisan maupun tulisan. - Mampu menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan sabar dan memberikan solusi yang tepat. - Menguasai bahasa Indonesia dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan).
