KOL Team Leader

About the position

Responsibilities: - Lead and optimize team workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across projects. - Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and drive performance improvements. - Strategically plan and execute initiatives that translate business goals into measurable outcomes, ensuring consistent achievement of targets. - Develop and execute KOL strategies, including timelines, content creation, and promotion. - Facilitate KOL and content creator collaboration to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines. - Oversee KOL campaign execution, including content publishing and social media engagement, and optimize for impact. - Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement. - Communicate with agencies and brands, and liaise between internal teams and external partners. -Oversee accurate KOL payments, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with protocols. - Manage all project phases, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus. - Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex workflows to drive efficiency and productivity. - Strong ability to develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Demonstrated experience in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. - Ability to align team efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent performance improvement. - Ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and use analytics tools effectively. - Strong organizational and time management abilities; detail-oriented. - Strong understanding of social media, influencer trends, and KOL landscape. - Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within the team. - Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
