1. Merekap data approval nasabah (pensiun/prapensiun). 2. Menghubungi tim survey & pihak eksternal untuk penjadwalan survey nasabah. 3. Membuat rencana kunjungan akad nasabah. 4. Membuat rencana pelunasan/ take over nasabah. 5. Mengecek dan melaporkan berkas pdf ke pusat. 6. Mengupdate gsheet laporan-laporan yang ada. 7. Mencollect berkas-berkas fisik dari tim survey dan mengirimkan ke pusat.
