- Menangani complaint tenant - Sidak area tenant - Memonitor pekerjaan Engineering sesuai dengan design dan rencana pekerjaan - Berkoordinasi dengan departement terkait sesuai dengan rencana design pekerjaan - Pengawasan / supervisi lapangan sesuai rencana design - Menyiapkan kelengkapan pekerjaan termasuk berita acara pekerjaan kepada pihak-pihak terkait - Mengkoordinasi pekerjaan pihak eksternal (Konsultan ataupun kontraktor) - Memberi masukan atas design dan system project-project yang dikerjakan oleh Dept. Engineering - Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulananPlace of work
