About the position

- Merekrut dan mendaftarkan AXI/agen marketing dan Channel lainnya, - Mengadakan kegiatan Info AXI/agen marketing dan training lainnya di kantor Cabang atau tempat yang representatif lainnya, Bersama Regional Sales Manager Channeling dan Head of SSD - menentukan strategi pengembangan penjualan yang tepat di cabang/wilayah yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Benefit 1. Komisi CBD = UMK Penempatan 2. Tambahan Komisi = 410.000/bln 3. Uang Makan 15.000/hari = 25hari 375.000/bln 4. Transport 16.000/hari = 25hari 400.000/bln 5. Pulsa = 150.000/bln 6. insentif (berdasarkan KPI) 7. BPJS BPU (Kecelakaan Kerja) Note : poin 3&4 menyesuaikan dengan kehadiran.
