1. Monitor account overdue 80-60 hari 2. Monitor dan mengantarkan Surat Peringatan dan Somasi langsung kepada pelanggan untuk memastikan kewajiban dapat terselesaikan 3. Melakukan Kunjungan 4. Mengarahkan pelanggan melakukan pembayaran angsuran melalui channel pembayaran yang tersedia 5. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal terhadap pelanggan yang bermasalah 6. Mampu bekerjasama dengan rekan kerja maupun seluruh karyawan di cabang 7. Mampu melaksanakan fungsi FIRO antara lain terproses unitPlace of work
