Finance & Administration Officer

About the position

Responsibilities Responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Process invoices, receipts, and payments in line with company policies. Manage accounts, liaise with vendors and clients for accurate billing and payments, track budgets, oversee procurement, and provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements: * Last-year students or Freshgraduates in Finance, Accounting. Management, or related field. * Knowledgable and Experienced in finance, accounting. and administrative tasks. * Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office. * Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented and able to work independently. * Must have a personal laptop, communication devices, and transportation. * English fluency is a plus. * Position is based in Bali.
