About the position
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks and other beverages according to company standards. - Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment properly. - Brew coffee using the correct techniques, both manually and with espresso machines - Explain and recommend menu items to customers based on their preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, including the bar and customer seating area Qualification - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista. - Patient, friendly, and possesses strong product knowledge. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Active communication skills and good customer listening abilities. - Flexible to work in shifts based on operational needs. - High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality background is a plus.Place of work
