About the position

1. Menjadi Resepsionis untuk Menerima Tamu 2. Menjalin Hubungan yang Baik dengan Pelanggan (Customer Relation Officer) 3. Sebagai Komunikator 4. Melayani Pelanggan Melalui Telepon Maupun Bertatap Muka Langsung 5. Mengorganisir Administrasi 6. Menjalankan KPI sesuai ketentuan yaitu (70% Selling, 30% Service) 7. Wajib direct apabila tidak memenuhi target sesuai ketentuan XL.
