Requirement Teknisi Hand phone : - Pendidikan minimal SMK, D3 Jurusan elektronika/sejenis. - Usia maksimal 27 Tahun - Tanggung jawab, disiplin, bekerja cepat, - Sopan, ramah, bersih, rapih - Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan - Memahami teknik dasar elektronika - Mampu membaca skematik rangkaian - Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai teknisi handphone Samsung atau android Job description : - Menangani keluhan customer - Melakukan diagnosis kerusakan - Melakukan repair/eskalasi sesuai diagnosis kerusakan Menjalankan SOP yang berlaku untuk pelayanan servicePlace of work
